Events > Chardon-Neigh Wine Ride
Saturday October 14 to Saturday October 14 2017 (Rain Date Sunday October 15)
The 4th Annual Chardon-Neigh Wine Ride will be held on Saturday, October 14th. The rain date is Sunday the 15th, so try to keep that open as well.
We start the Chardon-Neigh wine tour at the Heal with Horses farm and then visit five local wineries. The cost includes lunch and wine tastings at each of the wineries.
Not only do you get to have a really fun day, but by buying a ticket for the wine tour you are helping to support Heal with Horses Therapeutic Centre. Thank you!
Horse trailers will be parked at Heal with Horses farm, 997 Danforth Rd, Hillier, ON, K0K 2J0, where the ride begins.
We will be hitting the trail at 10:00 a.m.
We will be travelling along the Millennium Trail and on paved and gravel back roads, mostly with grassy shoulders. The trail that we take will be gravel, dirt and a bit rocky, which can be a little hard on hooves sometimes. We may cross short wooden bridges and we may see chickens, cows and dogs along our routes.
