This experience has had a profound, positive and calming effect on Ravi. Since starting last summer, he eagerly looks forward to his next session on the farm. He really enjoys learning, being with the small animals, grooming and assisting with small chores in the barn and elsewhere; all that is really helpful for his ‘grounding’.
He finds the meditation sessions and listening to the birds in the woods very restful (which helps to set his body and mind for the remainder of the day).

Benefitting from being in this environment (he has become more attuned to understanding the needs of others), allows him to explore communicating with nature — for a calmer and stress free reduced day.
